The LEED Silver Certified newly constructed precast building features a 2-story, 53,700-sf office space with private offices,
conference rooms, open workspace, an interconnecting stair, ADA compliant bathrooms and a spacious breakroom. There is
also a 295,360-sf warehouse with 40’ clear height, 56 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors.
The exterior features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, walkways, benches, new landscaping and parking for 253
vehicles and 104 trailers.
Prior to the tenant build-out, Krusinski Construction constructed multiple speculative warehouse buildings at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment and Kuehne+Nagel leased one of the buildings from Prologis.
