Interior renovations to an existing, 900,000-square-foot building originally built in 1974. Serving as a Steelcase Chair manufacturing plant for many years, the renovations will service the building to house the operations of a delivery station for a large, national e-commerce tenant. The scope included new office spaces and restrooms – approximately 16,500-square-feet total, the addition of new dock equipment, ten trailer parking stalls, nine loading docks and ten drive thru doors. A slab on metal deck access ramp was installed for third level van parking.
