Ferrara Candy Company
DeKalb, Illinois

Ground-up, precast construction of a 1,222,400-SF distribution center (DC) and a 466,560-SF packaging center (PC) for Ferrara Candy Company, situated on a 34-acre site, within the ChicagoWest Business Center (CWBC) in DeKalb, Illinois.

Both facilities support Ferrara’s growing business operations in the Midwest with the ability to distribute, pack and ship nationwide. The facility features a combined 850 car parking stalls, 232 trailer parking stalls, 211 loading docks and five drive-in doors.
