Construction of a new 516,762-SF build-to-suit facility on an existing 50-acre site. The project included 247 loading dock positions, 572 vehicle parking spaces, 487 truck trailer stalls, two drive-in doors, two trucker lounges, an EV charging station and primary and secondary guard houses. Interior work consisted of warehouse mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection systems along with an 18,000-SF office block. Offsite improvements included truck route access and a deep sanitary extension.
Krusinski performed a full interior build-out to complete the sortation center. Work included the installation of a Mech Lite system, power and data throughout the space, new IDF cabinets, SDEN, water cooler drops, joint fill and installation of existing traffic control devices. Exterior upgrades included new building-mounted signage and miscellaneous maintenance enhancements.
