We are thrilled to announce that we are renovating an existing 56,872-SF, two-story building once used as an AT&T Headquarters in downtown Arlington Heights for one of our long-time clients, Ketone Partners, LLC.
Interior work includes demolition, new MEP-FP systems, and offices with potential future tenant work. The exterior upgrade will consist of an elaborate glass entry, RTU replacements, and upgrades to the electrical service.
