The buildout consists of selective demolition in an existing, multi-tenant, single-story building and the addition of 3 offices, 2 one-on-one rooms, 1 meeting room, 1 multi-purpose room, open office area with 18 workstations, 4 closets, server room, breakroom, wellness room, restrooms and interior vestibule.
In addition to new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and finishes, there are new lighting fixtures, doors and ceilings.
