G&W, which has produced high-voltage electrical equipment for over 50 years, has seen a substantial expansion of product lines and increases in overall product volume. To meet their growing demand, they engaged Krusinski Construction to help them expand their operations by performing an interior demolition and renovation of an existing adjacent, precast facility.
This work included construction of a new 28,300-SF office space, 76,700-SF warehouse for process equipment, exterior facade improvements, site improvements, reconfiguration for truck access and modifications to exterior openings to accommodate owner operations.
The renovation also included a new walkway between buildings, new patio and landscape area, and North and South connecting ramps between buildings.
