The Peninsula Hotel - Pierrot Gourmet
Chicago, Illinois

Renovation of a 2,2029-SF high-end, luxury French-European Café located at The Peninsula Chicago Hotel in the Gold Coast neighborhood. The bright, colorful renovated dining space features a floating drywall ceiling, LED lighting, mirrors, custom millwork, ceramic tile and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring.

The space features refrigerated spaces, upgraded kitchen equipment, plumbing upgrades in addition to renovated bathrooms for it’s customers and employees. The fresh aesthetics boats with new granite counter tops, acoustical ceiling and a unique set of French double doors to fit the café-vibe.
