New construction of a 20,000-SF, single story Outpatient and DayRehab™ Center on a 2.87-acre site. Scope included the addition of 99 parking stalls, landscaping throughout, on-site detention and underground utility installation. Building features include an aluminum composite metal canopy, structural precast panels with parapet and coping, storefront entry vestibule, over 1,800 sq. ft. of glazing and internal roof drainage system.
