The renovation of a 1,087-SF active wing of a Premier Chicagoland Healthcare Provider’s hospital. The scope included the temporary containment and demolition of the existing Obstetrics unit and construction of the new Phlebotomy unit and retrofitting of the surrounding area of the hospital.
Exterior work included the replacement of an existing RTU to serve the new facility’s lab spaces. All work was completed in an occupied, active hospital under the supervision of our on-site Superintendent to ensure a safe building experience for all visitors and workers.
