A complete interior renovation of a 32,000-SF facility for Primary Care and Specialty Care. The scope included renovation of existing walls, floors, MEP system and related attachments. The facility included 30 exam rooms, 20 dedicated offices, support space, conference rooms, a Nurse Station, four Specialty Procedure Rooms (Cardiology, Dermatology, Neurology, Allergy/Pulmonary) and a break room.
