Krusinski Construction commences another Texas-based project, IAC Beckleymeade, for longtime repeat client IAC Properties, in Dallas, Texas. The development sits on a 28.2-acre site and will feature two speculative warehouse buildings, 234,900 SF and 199,800 SF respectively with a combined 5,500 SF of office space and surrounding parking lots.
This project marks the 12th ground-up development Krusinski has partnered with IAC Properties with over a 20-year relationship, completing work at more than 15 different locations in four states across the country.
