Haumiller Engineering
South Elgin, Illinois

A 56,768-SF, ground-up precast building and build-out to increase capacity for Haumiller Engineering’s growing customer needs. The building includes a ballasted roof, aluminum window frames and glazing, two truck docks, one drive-in door and a 145 car parking lot with room for expansion.

The facility also includes a 15,000-SF office space and a custom painted entryway that showcases Haumiller’s branding and extends throughout the office space.
