Kuehne+Nagel
Bensenville, Illinois

Tenant build-out for Kuehne+Nagel at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment in Bensenville, Illinois. This LEED-Silver, ground-up, precast building features a two-story, 53,700-SF office space with private offices, conference rooms, open workspace, an interconnecting stair, ADA compliant bathrooms and a spacious breakroom.

The facility also features a 295,360-SF warehouse space with 40’ clear height, 56 loading docks and two drive-in doors. The exterior features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, walkways, benches, new landscaping and parking for 253 vehicles and 104 trailers.
