Oak Brook, Illinois – Krusinski Construction Company has completed a successful relocation and interior buildout project in Rockford, Illinois for Comcast, a long-time, repeat client.

The project involved selective demolition inside an existing 6,341-sf single-story building and the subsequent addition of three offices, two one-on-one rooms, a meeting room, a multi-purpose room and a collaborative open office area with 18 workstations. The space also saw the addition of state-of-the-art employee spaces, including a refreshed breakroom, restrooms and a wellness room. Ample storage improvements include four new closets, a server room and an interior vestibule, enhancing the facility's benefits.

Additional upgrades to the facility feature new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and high-end finishes, such as new LED lighting fixtures, auto-sliding exterior doors, HVAC controls and fiber installation.

For more than 20 years, Krusinski Construction has served as a strategic and trusted partner to Comcast and has constructed nearly 40 projects across multiple cities and states. Completion of this project is another milestone accomplishment for our valued relationship with Comcast.
