Krusinski Construction Company is well underway on the construction of a 100,400-square-foot speculative industrial headquarters style development for repeat client Molto Properties in Woodridge, IL.

The new facility has been designed - and is being constructed - according to standards representative of a premier corporate headquarters facility. When completed, the building, situated on an 8.14-acre site, will feature 32’ building clear height, 14 docks/loading doors (expandable to 20), two drive-in doors, and 177 parking spaces for cars and 11 trailer storage stalls. The building will also feature 2,240 square feet of speculative office space situated at the southeast corner of the building.

Enhancing the corporate headquarters stature of the property is its prime DuPage County location at the four-way interchange of I-355 and 75th Street in Woodridge. This gives the property tremendous visibility and accessibility. In the immediate and surrounding areas are a variety of tenant amenities and conveniences ranging from restaurants and hotels to retail and recreational properties.

In addition to Krusinski Construction, the project team includes Harris Architects, V3 Companies and McCluskey Engineering Corporation.
