Turano Baking Company’s facility needed the demolition of an existing gas station along with the fueling stations and parking lot areas. The demolition created space for the new ground-up, single-story, 11,740-SF truck maintenance facility. The building will also include a 1,684-SF mechanics and storage mezzanine.
