New construction of a 25,740-SF, single-story, upscale event venue facility called “The Geraghty” for Kehoe Designs located in Glenview, IL. This venue features an open main event space, an indoor veranda and a back-of-house for catering, with high-end design elements, skylights, limestone and brick detailing, glazed storefront walls and ornamental steel canopy accents throughout.
The welcoming exterior will feature colorful landscaping and gardens lined with trees and walking pathways throughout. The venue accommodates approximately 600 guests for weddings, corporate events and private gatherings.
Prior to construction, KCC will be responsible for the demolition of a three-story, 100,000-SF office building.
