Fast-track project for a new, ground-up 128,000-SF precast facility and interior buildout for SK Hand Tools. The project was completed in only 12 weeks and the new facility features a 12,000-SF office space, manufacturing area and a warehouse with five docks, two drive-in doors and two interior docks leading to a showroom. The new facility was constructed on 17-acre site and has parking for 81 vehicles.
