A 13,000-SF interior renovation within an existing facility will create a new 9,000-SF warehouse for packaging, preparation and distribution, along with a new 4,000-SF temperature-controlled cooler.
The temperature-controlled cooler will hold temperatures at 35°F, as well as the installation of new packaging lines, ambient rooms and high-performance refrigeration equipment with insulated doors.
