This downtown Aurora project involved the construction of two mixed-use facilities. Phase 1 included 48 residential condominium units with retail and restaurant space on the first floor. Phase 2 included a second four-story facility with 48 additional residential units for a total of 96.
Each building included underground parking for residents. The river walk, bike trail, walking path and court yard completes the complex common area.
