This 17,389-SF expansion to an existing 150,000-SF precast warehouse supports the storage and distribution needs of a leading pharmaceutical company. The project included a 12,206-SF addition to the north and a 5,183-SF addition to the west, primarily providing additional space for prescription drug storage and racking.
Extensive sitework was also completed while the facility remained occupied and operational 24 hours a day.
