PeopleSoft Westchester, IL

The complete demolition and build-out of the 10th floor featuring a new computer lab and demonstration room, the renovation of 8,000 SF on the 4th floor and 22,000 SF on the 8th floor. The renovation and development of these floors was to provide training rooms and implementation labs. Construction was phased to accommodate the day-to-day operations.
