A 57,031-SF tenant improvement project for Monroe Truck Equipment includes renovating an existing warehouse and office space owned by Ketone Partners. The build-out featured a first and second floor office renovation with private offices, break room, conference room, training room, reception area and a parts floor. The warehouse was fitted with welding stations, paint booths, a maintenance bay and a high-bay racking system. The design also included specialized heavy machinery, an interior oil storage and distribution area and a multi-hoist bridge crane with four independent hoists, each supporting up to two tons.
