Krusinski Construction completed a three-story, 45,000-SF Green Globes Certified medical office building in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Designed to consolidate outpatient services under one roof, the facility includes a Nationally Certified Urgent Care Center, an advanced diagnostic imaging suite and leasable space for various physician groups.
The first floor features a two-story, light-filled lobby that welcomes patients and guides traffic flow throughout the building. Urgent Care services include standard and oversized exam rooms, centralized nurse stations, physician offices, a lab and support spaces. The imaging center offers MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, mammography and X-ray services, along with multiple dedicated waiting areas designed for comfort and visual clarity.
The second floor is home to the Little Company of Mary Employed Physicians Group, with clinics for Family Practice, Women’s Health, Orthopedics and Behavioral Health. Shared waiting areas, private reception points and specialized suites help streamline patient experience and support privacy.
The third floor was designed with flexibility in mind, offering multiple physician office suite configurations. Patients on all levels benefit from the facility’s integrated services, allowing them to receive care efficiently and comfortably in a single location.
