Krusinski Construction completed the ground-up construction of a 19,000-SF automotive center for Cassidy Best-One Tire & Service at 3100 Channahon Road in Joliet, Illinois. Developed by Ketone Partners within the Rock Creek Logistics Center, this facility marks the inaugural location for the alliance between Cassidy Tire and Best-One Tire & Service.
Situated on a three-acre site, the precast building features 20 drive-in doors, 10 service bays, and 1,000 square feet of office space. The site also includes nine parking stalls and seven trailer parking stalls. Designed to accommodate a range of vehicles from passenger cars to tractor-trailers, the facility offers comprehensive tire services and general vehicle maintenance.
Strategically located within the 263-acre Rock Creek Logistics Center, the facility provides direct access to Interstate 80 via Houbolt Road and Interstate 55 via Route 6, positioning it to efficiently serve the substantial truck and automotive traffic in the Joliet area.
