Phase one for this design-build warehouse distribution facility included ground-up construction of a 60,000-SF, two-story, building with 16,000 SF of office space, three loading docks, two drive-in doors and 80 parking stalls.
Phase two included a 49,000-SF building expansion. The scope included the addition of office space, two loading docks and one additional drive-in door.
