Construction of a ground-up, two-building speculative warehouse development located on a 47-acre site in Lancaster, TX, for repeat client, IAC Properties. The two buildings, 457,646 SF and 269,434 SF respectively, feature a clear height of 36’ each, fitted with three spec offices totaling 5,257 SF and 2,684 SF. The development will accommodate a total of 532 car parking stalls, 201 trailer parking stalls, 127 dock doors and four drive-in doors. The site requires detention ponds on-site to accommodate the site plan.
This is Krusinski’s 3rd ground-up construction project in the state of Texas for IAC Properties. KCC recently completed IAC – Wintergreen and IAC – Beckleymeade, located within the Dallas proper area.
