A ground-up, 135,000-SF food preparation facility for IAC Properties that maintains a 41-degree temperature and a large freezer area at -10 degrees. The glass main entry façade with custom glass elevator and full-height glass curtain framing at the exterior walls. There are custom pits for food preparation operations with built-in heating components. This building also includes a fully automated SmartWall system which separates the test and training kitchen.

This building has received its LEED Silver certification and won NAIOP Chicago’s Awards for Excellence Industrial Build-to-Suit of the Year.
