A multi-phased building renovation and expansion within IAC Properties for Ethos Seafood and their 46,300-SF refrigeration facility used for fish production, fish distribution and minor cooler production.

Phase I included the renovation for a 1,600-SF office area in an existing vacant tenant space. Phase II included a 21,700-SF interior renovation and construction of new production rooms with new refrigeration, lighting systems, floor drains, insulated metal panels and epoxy flooring systems.

A new freezer was provided to accommodate the increased production of the facility and a 7,200-SF office space addition was constructed for additional employee activities.
