Tenant improvement project for Cooper&Hunter, a mechanical equipment distribution company, within the previously constructed IAC – Wintergreen speculative warehouse in Hutchins, Texas. The project included a 6,135 -SF expansion of an existing office area to the speculative facility and an additional 1,216-SF warehouse office and restroom area to support Cooper&Hunter’s operational requirements for staff and workers.
The facility includes a showcase area to display their state-of-the-art mechanical products. The building also underwent improvements to provide power for battery charging stations.
