The new ground-up construction of a 113,400-SF speculative building for IAC Properties at the IAC Commerce Center in Valencia, California. The ground-up construction included 10,000 SF of speculative office space, a membrane roof and two storefront entrances in a 90-acre, 9-building industrial park. This is the final building pad within the park.
