Krusinski Construction developed a 156,000-SF speculative building for IAC Properties at the IAC Commerce Center in Valencia, California. The ground-up construction included speculative office space, membrane roof and one storefront entrance on a 90-acre, 9-building industrial park.
Krusinski Construction’s history at the park includes the new construction of IAC Witherspoon Building #3, IAC Witherspoon Building #4, and parcels 6 and 7, as well as the interior build-outs for industrial facilities now occupied by Mechanix Wear, Covercraft, Lowes and Accurate Freight.
