Krusinski Construction developed a 134,000-SF speculative building for IIAC Properties at the IAC Commerce Center in Valencia, California. The ground-up construction included a speculative office space, a membrane roof, and two storefront entrances at a 90-acre, 9-building industrial park.
To accommodate new tenant requirements, phase II within the speculative warehouse included office improvements to the existing 2,500-SF office space, lighting improvements and a full-height demising wall.
Krusinski Construction’s history at the park includes the new construction of IAC Witherspoon Building #3, IAC Witherspoon Building #4, IAC Witherspoon Building #5, and parcels 6 and 7, as well as the interior build-outs for industrial facilities now occupied by Mechanix Wear, Covercraft, Lowes and Accurate Freight.
