Honeywell - Salisbury Bolingbrook, IL

The existing shell building received major build-out and interior renovations including an 18,000-SF office area completed in 11 weeks. The 100,000-SF warehouse/manufacturing and process area included new and relocated owner equipment requiring structural steel modifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure as well as several structural slab enhancements. Upon completion, this facility recieved LEED-Certification.
