Krusinski Construction completed a state-of-the-art, LEED Certified sustainable precast facility in two phases. Phase one included the ground-up construction of a 56,768-SF manufacturing facility. Phase two included the addition of 29,900 SF expansion. The scope consisted of a 57 parking stall addition, a conference room, additional restrooms and a two-office addition with three entryways for employees and equipment to travel through. The build-out was completed to increase Haumiller’s growing customer needs.
