A 460,000-SF renovation in an existing three-story building to house the operations for a delivery center and office space. With 12,500 SF of office space and 170,000 SF of parking garage, the large, national e-commerce client can successfully operate.
The scope also included the addition of 350 car parking stalls, 10 loading docks and nine drive-in doors.
