Renovations of an existing 249,904-SF warehouse facility to accommodate a delivery station for a large, national e-commerce client. The interior scope of work included the construction of a 12,225-SF office space, restrooms, new mechanical equipment, lighting upgrades, high speed overhead doors, steel reinforcement for openings and warehouse and power/data feeds as required to service the mechanical handling equipment and tenant module stations. Exterior construction activities included new concrete entrance/exit ramps as well as asphalt and concrete patching.
