Interior conversion of an 80,000-SF space within a 355,000-SF delivery station for a large e-commerce provider near Detroit, Michigan. Renovations include security and telecommunication upgrades, the installation of four new AHUs and one new MAU, the addition of power/data feeds to material handling equipment and tenant modules, and new pickup, employee storage, training and contemplation rooms. Construction will be concurrent with ongoing client operations.
