A 286,400-SF interior renovation for a sortation center in an existing building to accommodate a large, national e-commerce tenant. The scope included an additional office space with a training room, breakroom and care station. The exterior scope of work included the addition of 290 car parking stalls, 59 loading docks and one drive-in door with 28′ clear height.
