The build-out of three speculative warehouse buildings previously built by Krusinski Construction, at Maywood Park’s former site (now known as Chariot Logistics Center) for one of the largest national e-commerce providers.
The build-outs for the new e-commerce tenant, who occupies the 33-acre site renovated by KCC in 2019, include the construction of warehouse/distribution facilities in two of the speculative facilities (236,000 SF and 252,000 SF), and the conversion of a third speculative building into a 135,000-SF parking warehouse for vehicle storage.
