A 350,000-SF renovation of an existing building to accommodate a delivery station and interior parking garage for our large, national e-commerce client. The project was a fast track site within an occupied building which provided unique challenges for the team to overcome. The scope included 13,000 SF of office space, 616 parking stalls and three new drive-in doors.
