A 144,100-SF interior build-out for a delivery station for a large, national e-commerce client. Located inside of an existing warehouse, this delivery station holds 10,700 SF of office space with 126,500 SF of total usable space. The scope included 366 car parking stalls with eight loading docks and four drive-in doors. This is the last manufacturing building in Holyoke and is located inside of an old compressor facility.
