The interior build-out and renovation of an existing 69,000-SF delivery station included bathrooms, remodeling of the break room, a new mother’s room, new offices and conference room. Exterior work included a new canopy for overhead coverage and the redevelopment of the parking lot to support the next day delivery needs of the client.
