The interior build-out of a 291,000-SF delivery station with 10,000 SF of office space. The scope included an additional build-out of a 212,000-SF interior parking lot. Renovations to the delivery station warehouse included a new maintenance area, new bathrooms, lighting upgrades, power and data feeds, new dock equipment, slab polishing and a new signage package. The interior parking lot received an upgraded lighting package, unisex restrooms and new parking lot striping.
Extensive site work was required to accommodate the construction of a double retaining wall to address the elevation change across the site.
