Construction of a new, ground-up 517,000-SF build-to-suit facility on an existing 50-acre site. The building includes 247 loading dock positions, 572 vehicle parking spaces, 487 truck trailer stalls, two drive in doors, two trucker lounges, an EV charging station and primary and secondary guard houses.
Interior work includes warehouse mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire protection systems and a 18,000-SF office block. Also included are offsite improvements for truck route access and deep sanitary extension.
