Decommissioning of a 30,000-SF facility for our large, national e-commerce client who is renovating its space to the original condition, prior to turning it over to the facility landlord. The scope of work includes converting two large restrooms into four smaller rooms, removing the drive-in and drive-out ramps, re-working select office walls, flooring and finishes, installing replacement scrim on the roof deck, removing the warehouse exhaust system and MHE electrical drops.
Exterior work includes roof patching, re-working an existing fence, new asphalt pavement at the former drive-in parking area and patching and painting the loading dock wall.
