An existing 231,000-SF warehouse converted into a Delivery Center for a large, national e-commerce client. Interior construction included a new 10,000-SF office build-out, power and data feeds for floor modules & conveyors, dock equipment upgrades, signage package and new drive through doors for interior loading.
Exterior improvements included new drive through ramps, landscaping, signage and future offsite parking. KCC worked alongside KCC’s Citadel partner, IMC Construction.
