Demolition and renovation in an existing 316,550-SF building to house a distribution center for our large, national e-commerce client. The scope included 13,000 SF of additional office space, new mechanical equipment, lighting upgrades and high-speed overhead doors. Exterior construction included asphalt and concrete patching and the addition of 707 parking stalls with ten loading docks.
