Krusinski Construction Company is delivering Phase I infrastructure improvements that will establish the foundation for future development throughout the park. Work includes the construction of new roadways, utility extensions, stormwater infrastructure and related site improvements designed to support multiple future users across the development.
As the first phase progresses, DeKalb Commerce Center continues to attract investment and new opportunities to the region. The development’s first tenant, Pilot Travel Center, will serve as a gateway to the site while supporting future business activity within the park. Once complete, the infrastructure improvements will create a development-ready environment capable of accommodating a diverse mix of industrial, commercial, office, hospitality and service-oriented uses.
